True Hauntings – We’re an enthusiastic team made up of Lara (Founder, tech geek and Socials), Sally (Founder, brings the giggles and the scaredy cat before an investigation but takes the lead on the night), Emma (the baby of the group even though she is 27, researcher and socials), and Zoe (A ball of energy nicknamed Wreck it Ralph and researcher), based in West Yorkshire and Manchester. Our journey began as four trusted friends eager to dive into real paranormal experiences after attending some ticketed events. Along the way, we’ve met some incredible teams and fascinating people, but we’ve also seen the more embellished side of paranormal investigations. This inspired us to create our own team, where we could rely on each other and ensure that every experience was authentic, allowing us to document and share our findings. We always explore alternative explanations before jumping to conclusions that what we experience is paranormal.
Our ethos is to embrace fun while we investigate! We believe that our positive energies significantly enhance our experiences. While we take all our investigations seriously, we sometimes let loose with singing and dancing and always fully embrace our quirky selves. This approach often seems to draw in the paranormal around us! Honesty is our top priority; we share all our findings transparently, whether it’s an electrifying night filled with activity or a quieter, more subdued experience.
We mainly investigate as a team and sometimes join forces with other likeminded teams. We’re exploring the idea of offering experiences to the public as part of our long-term vision.
